1. Cancellation by Customer

Free cancellation window: Customer can cancel their puja booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled puja start time.

Refund eligibility: If the customer cancels 24 hours or more before the scheduled puja time, they will be eligible for a refund as per the refund terms below.

No refund for late cancellations: If the customer cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled puja time or does not attend / is unavailable at puja time, no refund will be provided.

2. Refund Terms

• Refund amount: For eligible cancellations (24+ hours prior to puja), 100% of the booking amount will be refunded, excluding any payment gateway / transaction charges, if applicable.
• Refund timeline: Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
• Mode of refund: Refunds will be made only to the original payment method used at the time of booking (same bank account / card / UPI / wallet).

3. Cancellation / Change by Platform or Pandit

If the puja is cancelled by us or by the assigned pandit due to any internal or operational reason, the customer will be offered either:

• A full refund (100%) of the booking amount, or
• Free rescheduling of the puja to another available date and time, as per customer convenience.

If the customer chooses rescheduling and later cancels, the standard cancellation rules above will apply on the rescheduled date.

4. How to Request Cancellation

Cancellations can be requested only through:

• The app (My Bookings → Cancel), or
• Our official support email, or
• Via Official WhatsApp Number

The time of receipt of the cancellation request in our system will be treated as the official cancellation time for applying the 24-hour condition.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled puja time.
• Customer is unreachable / unavailable at the scheduled time and puja cannot be performed.
• Puja is already started or completed.
• For any special / customized puja where materials or preparations have already been done.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Governing law: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this policy, bookings, or services provided through the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.

7. Important Disclaimers

• The company reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time. The latest version available in the app / website will apply to all new bookings.
• In case of technical issues in payment processing or refund processing, timelines may slightly vary depending on the bank/payment gateway.
• In case of force majeure events (natural calamities, government restrictions, etc.), the company may offer rescheduling or refund on a best-effort basis.
